Restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato opened Brasserie Cognac de Monsieur Ballon in April 2008. The duo brought their love for French culture and cuisine to New York City and gave the Big Apple an authentic slice of such, with a brasserie style menu combining French classics with modern creations. Our two-story space is as inviting as it is charming, not to mention elegant and sophisticated.

Locations include the Upper East Side and Midtown near Grand Central Station
