Eat and Play Card is an easy and effortless sales driver for restaurants, retailers and attractions, and one of the largest programs of its kind. Since 2010, we have helped over 1 million people save money and have better experiences in Orlando and New York, and we’ve helped Participating Merchants generate millions of dollars in incremental revenue. The Merchant agrees to:*
I agree
1. Honor the discount offer at all times (when open to the general public) to customers (1-4 people per card)
presenting a valid Eat and Play Card, be it a physical or digital/mobile version, and ensure card holders sign and date
any previously unsigned physical cards. Unless at the Merchant’s discretion, the discount offer is not applicable in
conjunction with other offers, discounts or specials, such as Happy Hour.
2. Agree to educate all relevant employees on its participation in the Eat and Play Card program and the Merchant’s
offer specifically (Eat and Play Card will provide tools to assist).
3. Notify Eat and Play Card immediately of any changes to the business information provided in this form.
4. Permit its name and logo to be used for the purposes of marketing Eat and Play Card.

This Agreement shall continue for 12 months effective date of signing, and will automatically renew each year on this date for successive one year terms. Either party may cancel this agreement’s renewal by providing written notice to the other party no later than three months prior to renewal.
